Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, and starting once pre-order fulfillment begins (estimated at August 15, 2026).

During launches, promotions, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

​

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another available carrier, depending on destination, package weight, and shipping service selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Alchemy 21/12 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at cs@alchemy2112.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

 

Alchemy 21/12 is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at cs@alchemy2112.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping box.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

​

Warm Weather Shipping

Some skincare products may be sensitive to excessive heat or prolonged exposure. Please retrieve your package promptly after delivery and avoid leaving products in direct sun, hot cars, mailboxes, or outdoor areas for extended periods.

International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship within the United States and U.S. territories, but will be adding international shipping options soon. 

​

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, or import restrictions that may apply. Alchemy 21/12 is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carrier processing.
