Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at cs@alchemy2112.com.

Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Unopened Returns

At our discretion, we may accept returns of unopened, unused, and fully sealed products within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us at cs@alchemy2112.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to pick up, or unsuccessful delivery may be eligible for store credit or refund less shipping costs and any carrier fees, at our discretion.
