I used to think toners were useless or at the very least unnecessary. Until this magical potion. I am not certain what exactly is in it, Possibly unicorn tears I don't know. But, it made my skin... clear up? Like no more acne around my chin especially and temples where I always break out. It also seemed to really help when I had a sunburn. I have no idea how. I can't read half of what is on the label. I received this as a sample to try and frankly, I am not a "review" type person, but it was alarming how much something I truly thought was useless could actually improve. Now I guess I am buying toner lol.
